Online Training Programs

My online training program is a unique and extremely effective option for people looking for professional guidance, who simply cannot make the time for another appointment in their life, or people looking to use my service that live in another part of the world.

If you choose to sign up for an online training program, you may do so through this site which is linked directly to PayPal.  Once payment is received, I will e-mail you some initial assessment forms that you can fill out online and e-mail back to me.

Upon receiving your completed forms, I will get right to work in designing your personalized exercise program and suggested eating plan.

Your online training program will consist of fat blasting, muscle building workouts, based on your fitness level, specific goals, schedule, and exercise equipment availability.  You will receive detailed instructions and photos of each exercise, how to do them, for how long, on what days, etc.

To compliment your exercise program, I will send you suggested eating menus that will rapidly thrust you forward to your goal!

You will have unlimited email support from me, your personal trainer, for the duration of the program you purchased.  By following all of my instructions, my online programs never fail.

I am not currently taking on any new ONLINE training clients.  I AM still accepting "in-person" personal training clients.  Please check back at another time for the online service.  Thank you!

I state: I, Chris Tolp ( am a certified Personal Trainer.  I am not a licensed dietitian.  At no time will I prescribe a specific diet plan.  I will offer eating suggestions and it will be your choice if you choose to incorporate them into your fitness plan.  It is recommended for anyone looking to start a fitness program or suggested eating plan to consult with a licensed physician and/or a licensed dietitian before doing so.

Before making payment, please read and understand the following:

     1.  You (customer) totally understand that you (customer) may injure yourself as a result of participation in a fitness program, and hereby release and Chris Tolp from any liability now or in the future for any and all injuries or illnesses including, but not limited to heart attacks, death, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, knee/lower back/foot injuries, soreness or injury however caused , occurring during or after your participation in the exercise program offered. 

2.  By submitting payment, you state that in consideration of your participation in exercise programs and suggested eating plans, you for yourself, your personal representatives, administrators, heirs and assigns, hereby holds harmless,, and Chris Tolp from any claims arising from your participation in the exercise program and suggested eating plans.

By submitting payment, you affirm that you have read and fully understand the above information.  It is recommended that you present any questions you may have prior to purchase of any programs.
