In my private fitness studio, you and I will sit down for a consultation that will last approximately 20 minutes. This will give us time to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and my training options. Not only will this provide me with the necessary information to formulate a fitness program geared toward your individual body, but it will give you the opportunity to see if you like me!

You see, no two trainers are created equal. Personalities have to mesh together well, and you need to be able to look into a trainers eyes and trust that they will take you exactly where you want to go. Taking this to the next step, your trainer needs to produce results for you. You hired them (or me) for a reason, right?
